The room had everything we needed and was set up for self-catering. The main areas were nicely arranged and decorated. It was quiet and private, and the owner was kind, available, and professional. I had a very nice stay and highly recommend it.

The photos and descriptions really didn’t do the place justice. The villas were stunning, with thoughtful details, extra touches, good amenities, and lovely service. The host and his wife went out of their way to make things work for us, arranging a Big 5 trip and a Panorama day trip. Both were stunning. We saw so many animals during our stay, from huge kudu greeting us in the morning to giraffes in the late afternoon. We also cycled through the reserve and saw plenty of wildlife, and it was beautiful watching people ride horses there. This was one of our BEST holidays ever, a real 5 star 🌟 experience. See you again for sure, and THANK YOU for making it unforgettable!

The wildlife estate is easy to explore in your own car, and you can even head out for a night drive. Walking or cycling is another way to see the surroundings. We may simply have been lucky, or perhaps staying there brought us luck, because on our way to Kruger after leaving the lodge we came across a small pack of wild dogs! The lodge was fantastic, with an amazing villa and outdoor space including a pool and fireplace. Vicky and Henro were wonderful hosts.

The cottages were lovely, clean, private, and had well-equipped kitchens. They’re in a great spot inside the Estate, with animals walking around. I’d highly recommend staying here for a weekend away or as a day visitor to KNP, then coming back to the lodge for the night.
