Crestwood

We’ll certainly stay here again. Our room at Crestwood was clean and very well cared for, with spectacular views. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there are some beautiful walks nearby. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Such a memorable getaway. The resort has sweeping views that almost seem unreal, and the staff were both gracious and professional. The lovely surroundings and outstanding service made our stay amazing.

Your place feels out of this world, though a few things made the stay less convenient. There isn’t much surface space in the bathroom for toiletry bags, so it’s hard to know where to put them. It would also help to have a small desk in each room. The big table in the open area by the fireplace can be noisy, and isn’t as good for work as your room would be. A desk could also be useful for preparing a meal, since guests can’t all use the tables in the two fireplace lounges. Having no bar or restaurant on site is a real inconvenience. Guests who need dinner have to leave in the evening to find food, which takes away from a relaxing holiday. Please offer dinner as well as breakfast. The breakfast itself could be improved with professional cooks. There are qualified young people with degrees and diplomas from respected hotel schools and universities of technology who could raise the standard. I was disturbed to see some of the cleaners also cooking in the kitchen. That isn’t acceptable. I also saw at least one mouse or rat dash through the area where tea and cereal are served.

There’s a lot to explore across this huge estate. The main house has breathtaking views, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely too. A stunning property.
