Downtown Jozi felt gritty but fascinating, and staying there was a unique experience. My Copper studio was a huge apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a massive living and dining area, and a balcony. The furnishings looked a little worn, but everything worked. Marabeng is right in the centre, with quite a nightlife, so expect noise. The staff were friendly, but they couldn’t get my reservation details right and kept asking me to return my room key a day before checkout.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartments are great and the views are amazing. What you see is what you get.
