The room was extremely hot and noisy, and the customer service was awful. Staff were unhelpful and offensive, and the power outlets didn’t work with my universal charger. The motel is beside a main road, and I found the noise too much at all hours. During 30 to 40 degree weather there was no fan or air conditioning. When I asked for a fan, they said it wasn’t included in a basic booking and none was available. For a place that calls itself three or four star, not having that basic necessity is unacceptable to me. At check-in, the receptionist was super rude. In my opinion, the black woman had so much attitude and lacked basic manners and etiquette for a customer service job. There was no bath towel, and they left only half a roll of toilet paper. The room had extra-wide, three-round-pin power outlets, so my universal adaptor didn’t fit. Power adaptors and USB ports were apparently deluxe room features too. I arrived earlier in the day and sent a written request for the quietest, most private room. They put me near reception, where there was neither privacy nor peace and quiet. It was low season, and from what I could see there were more staff than guests. There’s no early check-in unless you pay pretty much the cost of another full day. They also don’t allow luggage storage. The Wi-Fi was so poor it was unusable, so I had to use my own mobile data. While I was out, staff went into my room. They moved my charging power bank from the bed to the clothes rack, and made the bed even though my luggage was still in plain view and I hadn’t checked out.

The cozy room was spotless, and the staff made me feel valued with their warmth and professionalism. Eco Motel’s commitment to sustainability showed in the details, from the eco-friendly amenities to the energy-efficient lights. Its location was convenient too. I’d highly recommend it to anyone after a memorable, sustainable stay. It exceeded all my expectations.

The rates are very affordable, and it’s easy to get around for my day-to-day business. The malls are within walking distance, and the place feels highly secure. It’s my favorite place to stay. I just hope they’ll start providing meals, so customers don’t have to stress about going out to find food.

The facility feels safe inside, but the surrounding area doesn’t seem very safe, with many homeless people sleeping on the street. The place itself is very basic, and the Wi-Fi is really weak.
