The location is good, but I’d rather stay somewhere else. It was a stressful waste of time, and the Bengali guy working there was so rude that I regretted going, over and over. Majeed bhai was better. The beds and sheets were something else, too.

The rooms were dirty, the WiFi didn’t work, and the air conditioner in room 209 wasn’t working properly. When it did, water leaked from it. We booked a room for eight people and got only two towels, and when we asked for more, there weren’t any. The receptionist told me I could leave if I wasn’t happy, so I took his advice and left the Hotel on December 29, 2024. The staff weren’t friendly, and the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. I’d been a customer for a long time, but the place has deteriorated badly. It used to be a clean, nice hotel with breakfast, tidy rooms and friendly staff. Now it seems they don’t care about maintenance. It’s really bad.

It’s a cheap place to stay, but don’t expect much comfort or good service. They cleaned the room the morning after my first night, but when I came back that evening, I had to go ask them for soap, shampoo and other toilet supplies. There wasn’t any tea, coffee or Cremora either.

It was okay, really. Not bad, though it could use an upgrade.

Things aren’t like they used to be. The service is poor now, and the rooms are really dirty. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty too.
