There’s plenty of room here for several events at the same time, and the big gardens, lovely pools and friendly staff make it a very nice place. I’d recommend it, though one of the pools wasn’t sparkling clean, which is why I gave it four stars.

The lodge feels peaceful and secure even though it’s right in the city, and the security at the entrance put me at ease. I found the location convenient, and the staff made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. They were helpful and clearly cared about their guests. My room was clean, comfortable and had what I needed for a relaxing stay. I’d recommend it for affordable, good quality accommodation in Joburg.

The garden feels like something from a fairytale, and the pools were very clean. Everywhere looked picture perfect from the moment you walk in. The staff were very friendly and good, and the manager Mokgele is really hands on. I highly recommend this place.

We went to Furaha with friends and had such a good time that I wished I’d brought my kids too. Other guests’ children seemed to be having fun at the pool, and we liked the relaxed feel of the place. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great for families or friends wanting a quiet break. We’ll be back!
