Kwa-eden

While I was running, your small dogs got out onto the street and nearly bit me. Please keep them within your property and make sure they can’t jump the fence. Much appreciated.

Mike, Carmen and family were amazing hosts, and the place was immaculate. My fiancée stayed there with my mom and sister in February 2024, and we had an amazing visit 👏🏼. After we got married, we returned to share the good news.

The peaceful morning view is superb, and having tea by the pool is lovely. It’s a great escape from traffic and work, yet surprisingly close to South Gate Mall. The friendly staff and borehole water system are both a plus. There were spiders and webs, but nothing alarming in terms of bites. Aside from that, it’s a great place, and I’d even invest in their cottages. I’ll definitely go back.

The owners and host at Kwa Eden welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home, and I enjoyed the stay overall. Still, my room heater never worked despite my mentioning it several times. The shower water was cold for the second person after the first had showered. WiFi is listed as included, but it failed repeatedly. It didn’t work for me for three days in a row, and the signal may be patchy depending on how close your room is to the WiFi box.
