The place is beautiful, but the room made it hard to sleep. We could hear someone talking on the other side, the bathroom door was damaged, and the pillows were torn. The bed was very hard and had springs sticking up. Please fix these things. Still, the place itself is beautiful.

The room I booked had an aircon problem, so they moved us to another one near the entrance. When the power was off, there was no generator for the rooms and not even a candle, which was shocking. We had to go out to eat. The receptionist also didn’t give us the Wi-Fi password when we arrived, so we had to ask the next day. I’m disappointed.

The place is clean and beautiful, but the TVs are tiny and outdated. It’s time they upgraded to smart TVs.

The breakfast didn’t impress me, and there wasn’t much variety. In the morning we also ran out of hot water while bathing. Before that, when I opened the blankets to go to sleep, I found a spider. Imagine if I’d let my one-year-old sleep there without checking. And at check-in, the receptionist was wearing pyjamas at the desk. Totally unacceptable.

I’m writing this for someone else. They had to cut the stay short and leave after just one night. There was no breakfast, the staff seemed untrained, and the noise at night made it hard to relax.
