Sasha guest house

I had a fantastic holiday here with a friend. Sasha Guest House was convenient for exploring the area, and getting around was easy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make the visit pleasant. I’d highly recommend Sasha Guest House to anyone visiting.

I gave my arrival time when I made the reservation, but when I got there at that time, the telecom wasn’t working. I called about five times to get someone to open the door and waited more than 30 minutes, with no one answering. The neighborhood felt unsafe while I was stuck waiting there. I eventually had to leave and make another plan. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Very unprofessional.

There was no electricity because of an electrical fault, and the service was poor. The person who greeted us took all three guests waiting outside into the first room, assuming we were together. After that laugh, she chose to deal with a phone reservation first, even though I had booked online and arrived ten minutes before the other two guests. I waited 15 minutes for the owner to open the front door, which is right at the roadside curb. Someone then tried to rob me outside. I hadn’t minded the location before that, but this experience changed that. Dodgy and shady is an understatement. This feels like a fly-by-night accommodation outlet. Try Sun1 instead, unless you’re desperate.
