I left my phone in the room two days ago. I called the receptionist to check, and they said the cleaners hadn’t seen it. So @sun 1 management, do you think my phone just grew legs and walked away? I’m really stressed by now.

There were cockroaches in the rooms 💔😭. The Wi-Fi was capped, and the trash bin was hidden. The TV only had three boring channels.

We booked four nights at Sun 1, and I regret it. My daughter found a bed bug on her pillow and, when I reported it, the receptionist acted surprised. The staff were helpful, though: with no backup power or water, the male receptionist gave us 15 litres he had stored when the water was off. Without that, the stay would have been a disaster. Sun 1 has lost its touch. Avoid it.

The toilet smelled awful, and the place was dirty and noisy. It really wasn't worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were helpful, and the place worked well enough for the two nights we needed. The rooms are small and budget-friendly, with the shower set inside the room in a way I didn't care for. It got a little noisy at one point, though nothing too serious. A decent enough stop for a night.
