The Atholls in Melrose

It’s a clean, quiet and very safe place, though it feels a bit lifeless. Most residents seem older or single, with a few young couples, and I never saw any children. One apartment has a problem when it rains, and its pathway stays wet.

The pool and clubhouse are nice, and Blubird Centre and Melrose Arch are close enough to walk to. It feels pretty safe. There’s a small main road nearby, but depending on the apartment, you may not hear traffic at all. People keep to themselves, so it can feel incredibly lonely. There’s a washing line, but no washing machine or laundry room.

The parking spaces are a bit tight for large vehicles. Otherwise, it’s a good gated place to live, with security at the entrance and shops nearby.

Very neat and safe.
