Grace And Gift Guesthouse

The staff were friendly, but the service and room were terrible. There was no Wi-Fi, the bed was tiny, the water was cold and the closet was broken. The TV faced down, and they couldn’t provide even a basic remote. My girlfriend had to leave because the bed was so small. What you see online isn’t what you get on the ground, and I regret booking here.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all, and the whole place was dirty and felt dodgy. Staff were unfriendly too. There was no water, remote, iron or soap, and the kitchen had nothing in it, not even a spoon. I’ll never go back.

We booked for two nights, but nobody cleaned our room. We had to ask for a towel even though they knew there were two of us, and there was no remote for the TV. The sheets were very old and some were torn. The service was poor, and the place needs renovating.

It’s cheap, but the price doesn’t make a three star rating feel justified. My stay was terrible and I had to change rooms to get a working light. I asked for an extra blanket, but they said they weren’t sure whether they had one. There wasn’t even a spoon for coffee.
