We had a lovely Airbnb at The Monroe, but the security were very strict about even the slightest sound and said we were making noise, then turned off our lights. There were times when security wasn't helpful, especially when we had trouble getting the key.

My holiday at apartment 1 was a nightmare. I booked it through Airbnb and strongly suggest avoiding this place. They were unhelpful and seemed to have no idea how to run a proper establishment.

As a shareholder in The Monroe, I have no regrets about putting money into this luxurious apartment. The dividends I’ve earned so far are meeting my expectations.

I’m staying here until my apartment becomes available, and the noise is making it hard to be happy with the place. I raised it with management, but they said nothing can be done. I still have eight more days here, and it’s going to feel like a long stretch.

A lovely Airbnb in a great spot. It was clean, and the host was helpful.
