We paid the full amount requested, but during winter we had no heaters and went several days without hot water. The owner had switched off the geysers and said we had to bathe whenever she told us to. One person in our family has polio and needed a hot shower before bed. She ignored our requests and refused to help. She also said she’d called a plumber, but nobody showed up for three days. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

The breakfast we asked for at 6:30 only arrived at 7:15, which caused a lot of stress and made us late. We also had no hot water after 9pm and were plagued by bed bugs. This B&B isn't worth four stars, and describing it as luxurious is misleading. I won't stay again or recommend it to anyone.

Last week I saw the Malawian gardener outside the guest house cutting the grass. He was as humble as the owner. This place is beautiful. Big up to them for working together.
