There was no water in the room, and it had bed bugs. I couldn't sleep, so we had to leave early. The place looks dodgy and there's no reception. I didn't even get my change back.

The stoves and air conditioners weren't working, and neither were the electric blankets. There was no water, and the staff were downright rude. The service was horrible, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We had a bad experience. There was no water, so we couldn't bathe or even use the toilet, and we slept without washing. The toilet was leaking too.

The blankets smelled so bad I couldn't even cover myself. There was no hot water, and the toilet wouldn't flush because there was no water, so I couldn't bathe. I had to leave early and go to work without a bath, then find somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Thank God I left.

The beds and blankets were in poor condition, and the basin was leaking. Towels weren't kept in the room; after check-in, someone had to knock and bring a towel, toilet paper, and bath soap. We only got one towel. I won't recommend the place or go back.
