The room was tidy and nice, and the price was great. It's easy to find and well located. I'd come back.

The views around the area are restricted, which was a bit of a drawback. Still, it's a very nice place and worth a visit.

We got to Heba Guest Lodge at 8 PM after booking and paying through Agoda, but they couldn't find our reservation. Nobody helped us or offered another solution, and they still won't refund us. We were in an unfamiliar area at night and had to drive an hour to find the only hotel available. It was stressful and unacceptable, and neither the hotel nor Agoda took responsibility. Be careful with this place, and think twice before booking through Agoda.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I'm a regular and they haven't let me down. They even went the extra mile to help arrange a Valentine's Day surprise for my partner, and it turned out unbelievably well, 5*. I highly recommend this place.

Maybe it was other guests, but people talked so loudly on both nights we stayed. They really disturbed our rest, and it wasn't a pleasant place to stay.
