Orange Love Paradise Guest House

My flight was boarding at 6:30am, and at 6:15 security still couldn't open the gate. In the end, they suggested I climb over it. I'd never done that before, but I did, and hurt my hand and bruised my leg. I had transport waiting outside at 5:30am, but reception was locked. I called and could hear the phone ringing loudly, then walked around knocking with no response. After I made a noise, one man woke up and tried his remote, but it wouldn't open the gate. He had the manager's number, but the manager, who was meant to be awake at 4:30am, was fast asleep and didn't answer after more than 10 calls. They pressed the panic button, which woke two other guests, but the manager still didn't wake. Security eventually arrived without access to open the gate. The stay had started well. I'd missed my flight and explained this when I arrived, and the staff were friendly. The man helping me was eager to drive me to the airport for the earliest flight. I declined three times. He then said he woke at 4:30am, but I told him three times that I planned to leave at 5:30am. The manager knew I'd missed my flight and was staying because the place is close to the airport. I was charged for a bed, then missed my flight because he didn't wake up. If you're booking for an early flight, I'd advise going elsewhere.
