Danny at the front desk was a real standout. He took care of our requests personally, and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. After turning down two other places just before arriving, this clean, beautiful hotel was such a relief. I’d choose it over any other lodging in Kempton.

There was plenty of parking, and the staff were friendly. I was there for a friend’s wedding, and the food served at the reception was delicious with more than enough for everyone. The hotel itself is gorgeous, from the reception area to the restaurant and its overall look. I need to come back to eat at the restaurant.

Breakfast had a fantastic spread, and the shuttle was a welcome extra. I stayed for one night near the airport. When the hairdryer in my room stopped working, maintenance brought up a replacement very quickly.

The restaurant impressed us most. Its à la carte menu was great, and the chef handled gluten-free food really well. Everything we ate was lovely. Our room was a good size, and the airport is conveniently close with a frequent shuttle bus.

The dining team were excellent, friendly and accommodating, and the service in general was good. Getting the airport transfer timing right was a bit hit and miss. I found the reception staff less welcoming, and the rooms were hard to use because the lighting was so poor, even allowing for the power issue. The towels also felt small and scratchy for a four-star hotel.
