The kids had a great time in the sparkling pool, and the room was reasonably clean, neat, and well furnished. These are budget rooms in an older part of Kimberley, though, and the neighbourhood dogs barked all night. A pity, since that made it hard to enjoy the stay.

For our overnight business trip, this was a lovely place to stay. The rooms felt comfortable and homely, and the service was great. I'd definitely recommend Caledon to anyone needing a place in Kimberley.

We spent three nights here in Kimberley and had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and quite upmarket, with our own parking and entrance, separate rooms with ensuite bathrooms, clean bedding, a really nice kitchen, and a braai area. The owners clearly go out of their way for their guests. I also liked that they didn't enter the apartment to clean while we were out. They only came into the flat when we left.

We never actually stayed. We hadn't booked in advance because we weren't sure we'd be stopping overnight, but we started calling as soon as we reached Kimberley. When we were standing at the guesthouse gate and phoning the number, nobody answered, so we had to find somewhere else. If the place was full, the lady could simply have told us. This is a terrible way to do business.

The housekeeping was consistently to an exceptional standard, and we highly recommend the establishment for its hospitality and service. It's pet friendly if arranged. Our cat travels with us, so this will be our only choice. Thank you, Magda and Chris.
