Breakfast was excellent, and the well equipped rooms kept us comfortable even through a cold weekend. The owner gave us very helpful ideas for things to explore and see, which made our time there fantastic. It's well situated and fairly close to the waterfront. We stayed for a weekend.

The staff were attentive and treated us like extended family, not just guests. Our room was clean, the amenities were in excellent condition, and the whole place felt intimate, cozy and welcoming. It was a great base for seeing the rest of Knysna. We'll be back.

It's just rubble now after burning down in the Knysna Fires. I'm not sure whether they're rebuilding. I gave it 5 stars because they're fire victims.
