The room was quiet and clean, and it was a very pleasant stay. There was milk in the fridge, and Nescafé instead of Ricoffy, which definitely earned four stars from me. The TV didn't work, so I took one star off. They gave us a discount, which I thought was thoughtful.

We'd travelled all the way from Namibië only to find closed doors, like we were at a dead man's door. The people had gone on holiday, even though we'd booked and paid upfront and received confirmation that everything was booked. A very bad experience.
