A great, inexpensive stop when you’re tired on a long drive. The rooms are extremely neat and tidy, with DSTV, aircon, and a shower or bath. There’s safe parking, too.

Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy, too. I’d come back any time.

There was no professionalism at all. The service is so bad, and when I asked for an invoice they were rude. Some of my staff was stolen too. Zero.

We were really grateful they served us a full breakfast on our way back to Johannesburg. The staff had just finished clearing the dining room after their own breakfast service, but still welcomed us warmly with smiles.

At breakfast the next morning, all the staff were very friendly and even shared a bit of history about the house. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the wi-fi was free. The gentleman at reception was polite and helpful when we stopped in Laingsburg on our way home to Cape Town.
