The roomy bathroom was a highlight, with a walk-in shower and a big sink that left us space to unpack. On the Bend turned out to be a lovely surprise: the comfort, quality, and cleanliness were much better than we expected for the price. We had good bedding, and the little kitchen had nice crockery, a small oven, and an electric frying pan. There was also a private patio where we could braai. The owners were very friendly and shared helpful information about town. We'd happily stay there again.

It was roomier than I expected and really tidy. The flowers on the bed and towels were a lovely touch, along with the chocolate, coffee, and milk. I'd gladly come back.
