The location is handy, close to town and grocery stores, but just outside town so it's quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced as an add-on, with coffee, juice, and hot chocolate also served. The guesthouse feels luxurious, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms, with a nice old fashioned yet modern feel. Rooms are clean and tidy, and they catered to our needs and extra requests. Gertrude is a fantastic manager, and the staff work really hard.

Gertrude welcomed us so warmly and made us feel special. She went out of her way to help us feel comfortable, and we really appreciate the effort. The rooms are spacious, and it's a family-friendly place. We had an awesome stay. Thank you so much, Gertrude, and keep up the good work.

It was my first time staying one night, and the whole experience was incredible. The communication by phone before I arrived, the welcome, the room, checkout, and breakfast were all great. Well done!

A great stopover for some rest and relaxation. The rooms are really good, and the service was excellent. They went out of their way to make us comfortable, even keeping the lights on during loadshedding. Thank you, Gertrude, for the excellent care.

The garden and pool deck are beautiful, and breakfast was hearty and delicious. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, with friendly, excellent service and great attention to detail. They even provided Peaceful Sleep for mozzies. There were tea and coffee facilities and cookies in the room. Perfect ☺
