The shower was the worst part: the water swung from hot to cold, then stopped altogether, so having a proper shower was nearly impossible. We also had trouble over breakfast, which our Booking.com reservation said was included. When we showed screenshots, staff suddenly found the booking they hadn’t been able to locate the day before, and said breakfast wasn’t included. At check-in they had to enter our reservation manually, and the gentleman helping us accidentally assigned an extra room. We were charged for it at checkout, even though their mistake caused it.

The shower was unusable, so we had to ask if we could use one in another room. That’s a basic need, and it wasn’t met. We were also told at breakfast that it wasn’t part of our stay, despite our original Booking.com reservation clearly including it. After we arrived, we were pressured to cancel that reservation and book directly for the same price. That should have raised concerns. The whole experience came across as poorly managed and misleading. Guests shouldn’t have to give up a platform booking and then lose benefits that were included. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and would advise others to be cautious.

And the free breakfast we expected was suddenly said to be excluded just as we were about to order. A horrible experience, book at your own risk.

We were told to cancel our first reservation and rebook, but the price had gone up when we did. The apartment for 12 people changed from 13.5k to 15.5k, which seemed strange. I’ve attached screenshots of the same booking before and after we were asked to rebook. Breakfast was another issue. It had been advertised as free, but by the time we went to eat, that option had disappeared from the app. There’s a screenshot of that too. We were a group of 12, yet somehow an extra room was assigned and we were charged for it. The whole process was frustrating and made it feel as though the Booking.com reservation hadn’t been used at all. The service was very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend them. Nothing about the way it was handled made sense.
