Albatros Guesthouse

The owner was so attentive and pleasant, and even gave us ideas for places to go. Our room was just right for me and my kids. I loved having filter coffee and rusks in the room, and it was cleaned regularly. Breakfast was a lovely way to start each day. We spent our time focused on things to do and places to see.

The view was lovely, breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly, but the bed was hard as a rock. The bedding smelled bad, so I had to use my T-shirt as a pillow cover to get to sleep. The towels smelled used, as though they hadn't been washed, and the water was cold.

Bessie and Andrea were super hosts and made us feel very welcome. They did everything they could to make the stay better, even lending us binoculars so we could watch whales from our room. The accommodation was superb, breakfast excellent, and the staff were fabulous. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

We stayed in the executive/honeymoon suite and had breathtaking views. We even saw dolphins from the comfort of our room. It was my husband's birthday, and the owners made it a special occasion we'll treasure and remember for a long time. The welcome was exceptional, the staff were polite, and the owners made us feel at home. The room, facilities and breakfast all met our expectations. Such a beautiful, tranquil, stress-free place. We'll definitely go back.
