Umdloti Milkwood made for a fantastic beach stay. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and the little touches helped everything run smoothly and made the visit more relaxing. It's right on Umdloti Beach, with beautiful views and the ocean sounds just steps away. A great mix of comfort, convenience, and a proper beach escape. I can highly recommend Umdloti Milkwood and will definitely return.

This was my second stay, and I was just as pleased as before. The room was neat and tidy, and had all the essentials for self-catering. The kind staff were helpful, and I'd definitely come back. A definite 10/10. One small request: please leave extra toilet paper, since it can sometimes run out.

We had a horrible time. Room 1b has a door connecting it to Room 1a, so the stay felt very unprivate. The neighbours were also very inconsiderate, which made the whole experience awful. This setup isn't disclosed anywhere to customers. I consider that false advertising, and honestly think we should be refunded, but I am not...

Ntando was wonderful to deal with, keeping in touch from the booking right through to checkout. Our family of four spent two nights at the Surf Motel, and the chalet was just what we hoped for. The viewing deck overlooking the ocean was a lovely bonus. It's an amazing family getaway spot, and we'll definitely be back!
