The sea view they advertise is hard to make out from the apartment, so don’t expect much of one. Apartment 9 felt neglected, with mold or rust on most surfaces and furniture that was ripped, stained, broken, or worn out. The beds were hard as rocks, and the bare walls and lack of decor left the place cold and uncomfortable. There wasn’t even soap or toilet paper, and hardly any basics. The woman renting it out was rude and dismissive. It was a thoroughly awful stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep here. Apartment 9 felt empty and lifeless, and it looked nothing like the listing. It seemed as if nothing had been replaced or maintained for years, and the place felt unhygienic as well as unpleasant to look at. It’s run-down and poorly cared for, especially for the price. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

The upstairs neighbours acted like they owned the whole building and kept intimidating guests. Then the building supervisor shut off the water and electricity and threatened people. It was one of the worst stays we’ve had, and I’d say do NOT stay here. At *Praslin 9*, the unit was in poor shape and clearly not properly maintained. When we arrived, there were wet towels in the washing baskets, the place smelled awful, and the bedding didn’t seem clean.

What made this feel like a home away from home was the cozy atmosphere and comfortable furnishings. Fresh towels, a pantry stocked with plenty, and lots of entertainment options were thoughtful extras. The place was spotless and well maintained, with quality toiletries and kitchen essentials that made things easy. The host was attentive and went out of their way to meet my needs, and I felt welcome as soon as I arrived. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to local attractions and amenities. Great for business or a leisure trip. I had an incredible stay, would happily return next time, and recommend it without hesitation. Five stars.
