The location was really convenient, and the owner gave such personal, pleasant service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the guesthouse has a lovely sea view. The area is so quiet, with no annoying noise at all. I slept like a baby to the sound of the waves.

Rene and Renate were lovely hosts and took care of all our needs. The breakfast was amazing, and the pool and view were wonderful. We even spotted whales from our balcony. The place is beautiful and comfortable, close to restaurants, shops, and beaches. We're planning another trip.

We were there during a very busy whale period and got to see plenty of them. Breakfast each day was great on the shared deck, with the ocean in front of us. The lodge sits against the hill, so the crashing waves make a spectacular sound while you're resting. Rene and Renata were excellent hosts. They provided a great place to stay and a good base for exploring the surrounding area, with an ocean view from the balcony when we came back to our room.

Breakfast overlooking the ocean was such a good start to the day, and the owners were very friendly. We happened to be there while the whales were passing through. They were far out, but we could still see them jumping and slapping the water with their tails. It's a wonderful place to stay, well located for getting to Margate, Shelly Beach, and Southbroom. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were amazing. It was a very pleasant stay, and the rooms were nice. I did miss having air-conditioning and a better television. The beach isn't close at all. You can walk there, but good luck.
