We arrived around 18:00 to check in, but were told the property hadn't received our reservation. We had to wait outside the closed gate, and staff made no effort to check the Booking.com reservation number. Booking.com confirmed by phone that our booking was valid and confirmed in their system, yet we were told to contact them ourselves. We asked to speak with the manager or owner, but they refused to come out and help. We booked Harmony Guest House through Booking.com on 20 January 2026, for check-in on 06/02/2026 and check-out on 08/02/2026. We were very disappointed by how this was handled. With a valid reservation, we expected a professional welcome and assistance. Please stay away from this guest house, good people. You could lose your money and be left stranded without anywhere to sleep.

I've stayed here a few times. It's quiet, with clean rooms and a clean, working bathroom. The Wi-Fi is stable, and it's easy to get anywhere in Nelspruit.

Harmony Guesthouse is neat and tidy, with a great breakfast. It's very central for all amenities, and I definitely recommend it.

They found me a room late at night, after 10 pm, and the staff were still friendly and courteous at that hour. The room was top notch, neat and clean, with a nice view of the pool. One of the best guesthouses in Nelspruit in my book. I'd recommend Harmony Guesthouse to family and friends.

Access was easy, the staff were friendly, and nothing was lacking. It's one of the most peaceful, beautiful, and well laid out places I've stayed. I'd recommend staying here 10/10.
