The rooms look nice, but basic things were missing or broken. There was no cutlery, the bedside lamps had no bulbs, the microwave didn’t work, and I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. I wasn’t impressed at all. They really need to get things in order.

The place was spotless and conveniently located. My room wasn’t very big, but the shower was really good. The food options could use some work.

I’ve been here three times and complained, but nothing has improved. The room had a really bad smell, and at the price they charge, I don’t think this place is worth it. I’ve never had a pleasant stay here.

Guests have been making loud noise since early on Christmas Day and carried on through the day. This is really unpleasant!

The room was infested with ants, and the towels and bedding smelled awful. We also had just one cup and one plate, no spare blankets, and the worst Wi-Fi I’ve ever experienced. Our family room was split into two separate rooms for no good reason, which pushed up the cost. Check-in felt outdated, with no computers, and the staff were casually dressed and unprofessional. Breakfast came with cutlery for only two people, and the staff serving it looked like they were in their pajamas. The parking area was dangerously dark. We chose this place expecting hotel level service, but it felt more like an Airbnb or guesthouse. It was far below one-star quality and not worth the price.
