The property isn't maintained well, and the utility problems are worrying. Electricity cuts out whenever it wants, with little explanation or communication, while the water bills are extremely high and unexplained. Terrible experience.

It's a beautiful estate, but a few concerns put me off, so I decided not to get a unit there.

The pool is advertised as a resident feature, but residents never seem to be able to use it. When you ask security for the gate key, they just say it's "out of order." Water is also off in the area more often than it's available. Residents pay monthly for security and estate access, yet the gates have been broken for months and management hasn't made an effort to fix them. Don't waste your money living here, it's not worth it.

The area keeps having unexplained power cuts, and I'm currently dealing with an abnormal ant problem. There are endless issues here. The utilities company is terrible, and the charges are ridiculous and unexplained, with no sign they'll ever fix it. The building has been getting painted for almost two years, maybe longer. The pool is never clean, its motor is always broken, and the gates don't work. Please don't waste your time. Stay away.

It's a nice, safe place for a family to live, which is what I like. There's also space for visitors to park.
