Belvedere Estate

We booked for a weekend away, but were told on arrival that we couldn’t play music because the owners were around. The pool was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. When we asked about it, we were told they thought it was going to rain. At that point there wasn’t much we could do, so we carried on with our stay. They offered us a night in December to make up for not being able to use the pool. We’ve been trying to reach Tracy, the caretaker, but she no longer replies to calls or messages. It feels like the offer was just a way to bluff us into not complaining. Honestly, they’re liars and opportunists. I wouldn’t recommend this place or go back. If I could, I’d give it half a star.

We hosted a baby shower here. It was a beautiful venue once you’re under the lapa beside the pool.

The employees and management at Belvedere are friendly, and security is tight. The rooms and yard are clean and beautiful, and the prices are good. Thanks, Belvedere, for the excellent service you always give us.

Belvedere Estates was a perfect weekend stay for us and our wedding guests, with a great location near The Forest Walk. The welcoming atmosphere added so much to the celebration, and we’d recommend it to any couple looking for somewhere charming near their wedding venue. Tracy made a big difference throughout, from booking right through checkout. She was professional, helpful, and accommodating, and went above and beyond. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The lodge was immaculate and relaxing. Our rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and breakfast delicious. Every part of the place seemed thoughtfully set up to help us feel comfortable. We had a fantastic time celebrating our wedding here. Thank you, Tracy, for helping make it unforgettable!
