The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. Nights were quiet, with a separate outside entrance, a proper room lock with panic buttons, aircon, and a TV. Pilansberg is only about 4km away. Some details could use more care. The plastic bathroom ceiling and acrylic weren't clean, and there was an opening into the ceiling by the entrance. A few windows had no curtains, so light came in, which bothered me because I like a really dark room. My bedside lamp also didn't work.

The pool worked well for a beginner like me, roomy enough but not too deep. Getting there was easy, and the location was fantastic. Our room was neat and spacious, with a fresh fabric-softener smell. The staff were courteous and friendly. I'd happily recommend it.

We felt at home here and plan to come back. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, and our room was clean and comfortable, with a TV, fridge, kettle, and spare blankets for colder weather. There was also a swimming pool. We could have breakfast at different times to work around game viewing at Pilansberg Nature Reserve or a lie-in. We had dinners there too, and every meal was delicious. We even asked for the recipes for their savoury spinach and beef stew.
