Breakfast was amazing, and the hosts were lovely people. We were treated to an upgrade to the bigger family cottage and were really impressed by the space, great sc facilities and comfortable beds. My wife couldn't stop talking about how soft the linen was. The only drawback was the shower pressure, which could be stronger. Everything else was sensational.

I travel for business to Montagu and other areas, and I've stayed at the Anchorage Inn more than once. It's easily one of the best places I've stayed. Don't hesitate, you'll love it. I'm likely to come back soon for vacation time as well.

Evenings on the patio, watching the sun go down, were lovely. In this quiet little town, the guesthouse offers private accommodation with clean, neat rooms, a lush garden and thoughtfully placed plants that make a relaxing view. It's self-catering with modern equipment, and you can walk into town. The owners are very welcoming, and the rates are affordable. A good getaway to unwind alone or with family and friends.

The unit we rented at Anchorage Inn had plenty of room, and there's ample secure parking too. It would be handy to have a USB multi-plug or adapter for charging a phone or tablet. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, safe and peaceful stay.

The interior is cool and has aircon, and everything was neat with a nice finish. It's centrally located, reasonably priced, and the hostess was very friendly. I'd happily stay again.
