We were looked after from the booking right through to checkout, and the owner gave us such a warm welcome. The cleaning lady was friendly too. I had the best birthday weekend. The Urban is a beautiful, neat place and definitely somewhere to stay in the Garden Route. Nadia was so kind, gave me a birthday voucher, and helped my partner while she was arranging my birthday cake. She’s the best host we’ve come across, and I hope she stays just as she is. Booking with The Urban was hassle free, and they replied to emails very promptly. The service was first class. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was modern and well stocked, and the bathrooms were lovely too. I’d highly recommend The Urban.

Nadia is a gracious host who goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. The house is both luxurious and pet friendly, and it’s close to the beach and shopping centre. We loved staying here. If you’re after a proper holiday, this is the place.

We stayed one night with our dog and felt right at home. The place is modern, luxurious, and spacious, with a secure outdoor area for pets. Nadia was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend.
