The location made it easy to settle in, in a safe area close to the lagoon and restaurants. The place is spacious, spotless, and has everything you need. Rachel was lovely to deal with from the beginning. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Everything felt just right, from the beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms to the thoughtful service. Breakfast was amazing, thanks to Rachel, Fezile, and the chef. The Tropical lodge spa was also wonderful. When I fell on the stairs, the staff helped me, and I enjoyed a relaxing two-hour massage. Thanks to everyone at the spa and hotel.

The way this was handled left a really bad impression. After I booked through an app, the property contacted me and said the price had doubled if I wanted to keep the reservation. I might have considered paying more, but the person I spoke to was so rude and unprofessional that the experience was ruined.

The sea views were beautiful, especially at sunrise and moonrise, and the guesthouse made for a peaceful break from city life. We were treated respectfully throughout, and the staff did their best to work around our sometimes-peculiar needs and whims. The in-house chef was great too, often surprising us with her cooking. I'd recommend Tropical Hut Lodges to anyone wanting a quiet escape.

The views are stunning, and the friendly staff provide outstanding service. Rachael is a caring hostess who looks after her guests and responds quickly to requests. The place has a lot of potential, and I can see Rachael making it the best establishment in town. Well done to Rachael and the team!
