Blackrock Hotel

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the food. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the surroundings were neat and clean. Well done, keep it up.

Breakfast was a delight each morning. The waiters and breakfast staff were cheerful and attentive, and made sure the tables were set and guests felt at home. The food was fresh, though it would’ve been nice to have condiments for the pancakes. The cleaning staff kept all four rooms spotless and refreshed, with clear care for hygiene and detail. Our group’s requests were handled graciously, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Reception was efficient and friendly, communication stayed clear, and everything from check-in through check-out was handled professionally. We arrived at Black Rock Hotel to kind smiles and warm hospitality, and the whole team made the stay memorable. I’d stayed here a few years ago and had the same experience. Thank you for making it so special. We left smiling and look forward to returning.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, cosy, and well organized, and the hotel is beautifully maintained with great amenities. The staff made us feel at home as soon as we arrived, with a personal touch and genuinely warm hospitality. We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Blackrock Hotel and would happily return. Highly recommended for a peaceful, pleasant visit and excellent service.

The food at the buffet was awesome. We enjoyed it with the family and can’t wait to go back.
