8/10
The host was warm and welcoming, and the beds were comfortable. We used the place as a base for family outings to the caves on Cango Caves Road, but it’s a residential guesthouse, so that setup wasn’t for us. It was 40 when we arrived. The pool is private and couldn’t be used because of water restrictions, which felt misleading. The aircon was a relief, though it dripped on your head once switched off. The fridge is tiny, and its freezer needs defrosting.

After a long day on the road, this was a comfortable place to unwind. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice, and the staff were friendly. There were good tea and coffee facilities, and breakfast in the morning was simple but tasty. The B&B is well equipped.

The place was tidy and cosy, and I loved the decor, balcony, and pretty garden. Just be aware that the shower is over the bath.
