We took slow, long walks around the farm while I was recovering from knee replacement surgery, and the range of colours was amazing. The aloes were in bloom and looked absolutely wonderful. We stayed in August, and it was the best. The staff were very friendly, our cottage was really clean, and Kleingeluk Guest Farm made for an awesome experience.

The houses are cozy and have a nice farm feel, with plenty of space for four people. Each has an outdoor sitting area and dedicated parking. There are some appliances, but not quite enough to make a breakfast like eggs and bacon. We felt comfortable and safe on the farm. It’s close to town, so getting to a favorite restaurant takes only minutes. The location is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend the farm for families.

Waking up to that view was wonderful, and we loved watching the sun set over the fynbos-covered hills. Kleingeluk is a family-friendly place to rest, especially with small kids, with secure entry and safe parking. The accommodation is nestled in nature, about 4.5 km outside Hartenbos, and just 6 km from the nearest mall and beautiful beaches. The beds were very comfortable, and the linen and towels were clean. It’s a perfect stopover or getaway.
