Bella is a lovely hostess and goes the extra mile. The value for money is brilliant, with a huge comfy bed, safe parking, clean rooms, soft towels, and great smelling soap. Service was great, and breakfast by the comfy fireplace was great too. The only thing I'd suggest is small awnings above the room doors, so you can stay dry while getting in during rainy season. But that hardly takes away from all the positives. Blew my socks off!

Our room didn't match the advertised photos, and I'm highly disappointed. Communication was a huge challenge from the beginning. We booked through Booking.com, but the Lodge didn't respond to messages or requests. We had to cancel because the tournament location changed. The receptionist said the Lodge would deduct a service fee and refund the balance. Booking.com also tried to cancel, but the Lodge wouldn't negotiate. If the Lodge had communicated with us, we would have stayed for the three nights, knowing there'd be no refund. The Lodge only replied after the check-out date.

Our one-night stay was a really enjoyable experience. There were three adults and three children, and we were treated beyond our expectations. The facilities were clean and well maintained, the staff friendly and efficient, and we thoroughly enjoyed the nicely presented breakfast. I'd recommend this guesthouse, you won't be disappointed.

Wilma and her daughter Kayla gave everyone such amazing service. They're the sweetest, hardest-working people, and they care so much, like they're running their own business. My room was beautiful and cool, with everything I needed. The price is very reasonable, but the service goes far beyond it. I was so impressed with everything here and highly recommend this B&B.
