The beach here is one of the best in the country, and the location is wonderful. Our compact, fairly modern unit was well equipped, with a patio looking out over the beach. But that patio wasn’t covered, so the furniture was wet in the mornings and we got too much direct sun and glare. For five nights at the same rate, the starter pack of supplies lasted about a day. That felt extremely stingy for the price. The alarm and dishwasher also weren’t working, which was concerning. We were appalled to see about 20 small boats bringing in crayfish out of season, with nothing being done about it.

The bay views and location are excellent, and the modern unit is nicely appointed with new appliances. There’s room to park three vehicles, and having the full DSTV bouquet was a nice bonus. One thing the bedrooms need: mats beside the beds, since the tiled floor gets cold.

The setting is stunning, and the accommodation is cozy and beautiful. Please check the bedding, as some had stains, and the towels weren’t very white. The broom and mop left in the house also need checking, since they weren’t clean at all.

Such beautiful scenery, with the white house and white beaches. It’s a great seaside town, though a wider choice of places to eat out would help. Nobody wants to cook on vacation.

Beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with everything well equipped and the beach less than 100m away. It’s worth the price. I can’t wait to return.
