When we lost power at our nearby home, we called Cu Guesthouse for a last-minute room booking. The staff were accommodating and very helpful, and all the different staff members handled our needs and requests warmly and efficiently. The rooms were comfortable, and the air conditioning, pool, breakfast and bar were all great extras. The location was ideal too.

Lovely place, and the staff are great. A nice spot to spend time with your partner or family.

There was no reception help after 7pm, and people were making noise with a speaker the whole night. I couldn't sleep. Bad service.

A great guest house with good rooms and lovely, well-kept gardens. Breakfast was a bit cold on one or two days, but after we mentioned it, they sorted it out.

The setting is gorgeous, but the restaurant service was bad. On two dinner visits, we waited from 6 pm until 9 pm, and the food still came with the order wrong. On Valentine’s Day, we had a 6 pm reservation, but after asking at 7:50 what was taking so long, we were told our meal wouldn’t be ready until after 9. I was disappointed all over again. There don’t seem to be enough waiters or kitchen staff. They really need to sort out the service.
