The room itself was nice, but there were lots of roaches. We booked for 3 days, and the beddings weren’t changed despite the 40 degrees heat. They advertised free breakfast, but we didn’t get it.

Fred and his team showed kindness and generosity to my family and me by helping us with a night's stay at Villa Luso. They looked after us, and that kind of goodness will stay with us forever. Highly recommended, and thank you.

We weren't told that breakfast had to be eaten somewhere else, so we missed it entirely. The WiFi came with no password, and the DSTV signal kept dropping. There were also quite a few bugs. The service left me really unhappy, and management seemed disorganized.

After driving all the way from Bloemfontein, we were surprised on Sunday morning to hear there would be no breakfast because the restaurant was closed. The gate sign said accommodation was R400 with free breakfast, and nobody told us otherwise when we booked. The manager or owner was rude, though it wasn't our fault. The advertised WiFi didn't work either. It felt like a slap in the face after all that, and they need to communicate better and work on their people skills.

The woman working there was really friendly, and it's a lovely place to spend the night.
