I waited more than 20 minutes when I went there today to find accommodation for friends coming to my birthday party on Saturday. The man was supposed to show me the rooms, but instead he took a call while I waited. Then two women came in, and he told me to keep waiting while he helped them. I'm very unhappy with the service I received.

The staff service was great. I mentioned in the customer book that the restaurant bar needs a wider choice of alcohol.

There's a small swimming pool and the service is decent. The menu, though, is limited.

Blood in the showers, broken toilets, and cockroaches all over. The TV didn't work either. There are children under 10 working there.

The rooms are too small, and dinner wasn't served on time. The service wasn't good.
