It’s very clean, with easy self check-in and safe parking, and it’s close to most amenities. The rooms have lovely touches, good linen and appliances, comfortable beds, tasteful, unusual decor and a great bathroom. There is traffic noise from early until late afternoon because it’s on a busy road. The studio has very little hanging space, though there are drawers in the kitchen dresser.

Anne Marie was super friendly and welcoming, and we totally loved our stay. The house is beautifully arranged, neat and exceptionally clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and good crockery. It has two bedrooms and a sleeper couch, and a great location near the main beaches, including beacon island and robberg 5 beaches. There’s no washing machine, but Anne Marie kindly offered to arrange use of her cleaning lady’s services for an extra fee. We look forward to visiting again soon.

The location is great, about five minutes from beaches, shops, restaurants and the N2. I enjoyed the privacy of the studio, and everything in it was comfortable. It’s a self-catering stay where no cost seems to have been spared: quality appliances, furniture, linen and pillows, with all the nicest finishes. The room was extremely neat, clean and comfortable, and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I had a great stay at number 22 Robberg, which is perfectly central to all amenities and good value for money. I’d recommend it to many people traveling to the area. Ice Dream Land is my favorite spot, about five minutes up the road from 22 Robberg, for home made pizza and ice cream. It’s a stay you surely won’t regret.
