Don't book here. We arrived late on 29th Dec 2020 at Seagulls Nest after paying a 50% deposit, only to be told our room wasn't available and had been rented to someone else. The owner, Daniel Lodewyks, didn't try to help us find alternative accommodation. He then said he hadn't received payment, but after we sent proof, admitted he had. He promised to refund the deposit, then gave us excuses and the run around for two months before he stopped taking our calls. Be warned.

The house is great for Plett Rage, especially with pickup points nearby. The lady seemed a little angry, though it wasn't too bad. It would be good to have someone come clean the house now and then.

This has happened to us for a second year: they keep the large breakage fee and return absolutely nothing, whether anything was damaged or not. If you're heading to Plett Rage, don't stay in this house. Such a scam.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views just go on and on. With the beach close by and a sea breeze to drift off to, it's hard to ask for more from a relaxing holiday.

It was peaceful and private, with everything I needed in the place. Shops and entertainment weren't far either, and being so close to Plettenberg Bay made it even better. I was really excited to visit and loved it. Thank you!
