We recently had a student group here and the apartment suited us perfectly. It was neat, cosy, well equipped and in a good spot in Plett.

There's a beautiful, well kept garden and a pool with safety rules. Each of the 122 flats has marked parking, and the complex has gate security. It's safe, with speed and noise limits. Pets are allowed with permission, but dogs need to be leashed in communal areas.

The units are nice and security is good, but the complex was a disappointment. It looks beautiful, though the parking is very tight and there are hardly any visitor spaces. We have a double cab and dented it several times getting in and out, with wooden poles all over the undercover parking. You aren't allowed to swap parking with another resident, and it's not pet friendly. It also feels like you're watched all the time to make sure you don't "Break rules".

The pool and its amenities are nice, and the grounds are well kept. It's a great, safe complex with friendly security. Parking is limited, though, and getting in and out of the covered spaces is uncomfortable.

Owning a home in Santini Village for tree years was a great investment for me. I sold it at a good profit and put that toward my dream home, which has sea views and good rental income!
