The apartments are really spacious, and the welcome from staff at check-in was warm and professional. My room was roomy, clean, and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed that made for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had good toiletries, a rain shower, and a large bathtub that was a treat to use.

Good evening, I'm writing because our family's stay was deeply disappointing. We expected a chance to rest, but didn't get even a decent night's sleep. At 6:30 AM on Saturday, August 3rd, I reported what was the worst overnight experience we've ever had. No one from your team followed up, which was surprising and upsetting given how serious it was. Large groups of people who weren't authorized to be there got onto the property through the night. They honked, and the gate was opened after a call to the access number given to one of the room occupants. Once inside, they held a loud party with revving cars, blaring music, and shouting, including racial slurs. It went on until 6:00 AM. We repeatedly alerted staff while it was happening, but they did nothing, leaving us to endure it. My children had to go to their school sports activities without sleep, which was unacceptable and caused us considerable distress. We had been given clear rules to follow, yet these people ignored them and disrupted the entire night with your knowledge. The rules weren't enforced, and the property failed to provide a safe and peaceful environment. That raises serious concerns about security and customer service. We paid a premium for a secure, restful, family-friendly stay and got the exact opposite. Given the severity of what happened and its effect on our family, a full refund of the premium amount we paid is justified and necessary. Please take this seriously, issue the refund, and take steps to ensure other guests don't have to go through the same thing. Regards, Cornel Viljoen

Both nights we stayed for business, different crowds made noise until around 4 in the morning. We called the staff numbers we were given, but they said they couldn't do anything. Lots of people showed up who hadn't rented there, so who knows who they were. The apartments were clean, and that's about the only decent thing. If you need rest or have things to do the next day, don't come here.

I loved how spacious it was. Such a nice environment, and a good place to be. 👌🏾👏😍
