This was a terrible stay. The tap water was filthy, and the place is noisy because it’s near a main road. In room 201 the shower was awful, with barely any water coming out, and the air conditioning didn’t work, so the room was very hot. Breakfast was terrible too, the food quality was poor and the kitchen looked unhygienic. It cost R1100 a night including breakfast, but this place isn’t worth more than R400.

I had a great time while attending plus 94 work shop. The place is clean, the staff help with anything you need, and I enjoyed the food.

I’ve stayed a couple of nights on different occasions, and most of the time the rooms have been quite good. There are inconsistencies, especially in how the rooms are organized and furnished. The DSTV selection is tiny, I remember only two channels.

The lodge looked great and was very clean, but I was put in a lodge with no power and had a cold shower. They eventually sent me to the main lodge for breakfast, where half the food was gone and the rest was cold. When I asked for hot coffee, they offered cheap instant coffee instead of brewing more. Breakfast seems to go to whoever gets there first, and customer satisfaction doesn’t seem like much of a priority.

The breakfast was good, and the rooms were neat in a beautiful lodge. But there are two things that need attention: parking is insufficient for guests, and there’s no water during load shedding.
